- Free shipping for online purchases with a net spending of HK$800 or more.
- Calculated based on the final spending amount after discounts and/or coupon codes.
We will dispatch goods as soon as possible based on the customer's chosen delivery method. The dispatch date is determined as the day when the packaged goods are handed over to the third-party logistics company; the logistics company needs time to process a large volume of different shipments individually, and the dates displayed in their logistics system may vary, so please take note.
If customers find any problems after receiving the goods from the logistics company, please notify our CS via Facebook inbox on the same day for follow-up.
- - Self-pickup at store + express delivery available. Goods will be ready for self-pickup/dispatched 2-3 business days after order confirmation, and usually received within 2 business days after dispatch.
- After successful payment, customers will receive a purchase confirmation email from the system. All transaction details are subject to this confirmation email. Please ensure that the correct contact information is filled in before confirming the purchase.

Delivery Area
- Limited to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories areas, not applicable to outlying islands (including Lantau Island, Tai O, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Mui Wo, Po Toi Island, Tap Mun, Yim Tin Tsai, Tung Lung Chau, Ap Chau Kat O, Stonecutters Island, and Lamma Island, etc.) and remote areas*. No delivery will be arranged / additional gate fees will be charged).
*For remote areas such as Discovery Bay, an additional gate fee of $141 will be charged. Please select Discovery Bay in the district when placing an order, otherwise the fee will not be included in this order amount and will be collected upon delivery.
For delivery to walk-up buildings on the 3rd floor or above, an additional $10 per floor will be charged. The fee will be collected upon delivery and is not included in this order amount. No change will be provided for cash transactions of delivery fees.
