Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges 
  • Exchanged products must be unused and free from non-human-caused stains or defects. The original packaging (including the outer carton) must be kept intact. Exchanges are only permitted upon assessment by this store; otherwise, they will not be accepted, and the shipping costs must be borne by the customer. 
Exchange Process 

Contact customer service → Confirm eligibility for exchange → Prepare complete product and invoice → Return to logistics pick-up point for shipment to return address.

Returns 
  • 7-day no-reason return policy. Products must be unused and free from non-human-caused stains or defects within seven days of arrival. The original packaging (including the outer carton) must be kept intact. Returns are only permitted upon assessment by this store; otherwise, they will not be accepted, and the shipping costs must be borne by the customer. 

Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

1. More than 7 days after product arrival. 

2. Damage caused by human factors, such as: stains, malfunctions, damage, wear, scratches, scuffs, dirt.

3. Incomplete return product packaging, or missing invoice or accessories. 

4. Malicious or excessive returns. 

Return Process 

Contact customer service → Confirm eligibility for return → Prepare complete product and invoice → Return to logistics pick-up point for shipment to return address. 

Refunds 
  • For credit card payments: After successful return confirmation, the amount will be directly credited back to the original credit card account. 
  • For other payment methods: After successful return confirmation, the refund amount will be transferred to the bank account you provide.
